Yes. Every appointment ends with a quality walkthrough using our standard checklist, so nothing gets missed. If anything isn't up to our standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a team back to make it right at no extra cost.

I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?

Please disarm your alarm or provide a temporary guest code for your cleaning day. Share any entry instructions when you book or update them anytime from your account. Our cleaners are background-checked, but we can't be responsible for alarms we weren't told about.

How do I cancel a cleaning?

Cancel from the link in your confirmation email or from your account dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate your cleaner's reserved time.

Need a one-off top-up between regular visits? Book an extra clean anytime from your account or the home page — just choose a date and slot, and we'll match you with an available cleaner.

How do I add extra rooms to my clean?

Add rooms while booking or from your appointment details up to 24 hours before the visit. Each extra room updates your instant quote, which is based on your home's square footage, so you'll always see the adjusted price before you confirm.

What if I want to tip my cleaners?

Tips are never required but always appreciated. You can add a tip when you confirm your booking, or tip in cash on the day. 100% of cash tips go straight to your cleaner; online tips are passed through in full.

What if I want to know if my team is on the way?

You'll get an automatic update when your cleaner is en route, including their name and photo so you know who to expect. Make sure your contact details are current in your account to receive these notifications.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients share a secure entry method or a key code. As long as we can get in safely and your alarm and pets are handled, you're free to come and go as you please.
