Yes. Every appointment ends with a quality walkthrough using our standard checklist, so nothing gets missed. If anything isn't up to our standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a team back to make it right at no extra cost.

Please disarm your alarm or provide a temporary guest code for your cleaning day. Share any entry instructions when you book or update them anytime from your account. Our cleaners are background-checked, but we can't be responsible for alarms we weren't told about.

Add rooms while booking or from your appointment details up to 24 hours before the visit. Each extra room updates your instant quote, which is based on your home's square footage, so you'll always see the adjusted price before you confirm.

Tips are never required but always appreciated. You can add a tip when you confirm your booking, or tip in cash on the day. 100% of cash tips go straight to your cleaner; online tips are passed through in full.
