Question 1

How do I reschedule a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Open the confirmation email from your booking and tap Reschedule, or sign in and head to your upcoming appointments. Pick a new open slot from your cleaner's real-time availability and confirm — there's no fee to reschedule as long as you do it at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Question 2

Will my house be inspected after every clean?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every appointment ends with a quality walkthrough using our standard checklist, so nothing gets missed. If anything isn't up to our standard, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a team back to make it right at no extra cost.

Question 3

I have an alarm system. What do I do on days my house is cleaned?

Accepted Answer

Please disarm your alarm or provide a temporary guest code for your cleaning day. Share any entry instructions when you book or update them anytime from your account. Our cleaners are background-checked, but we can't be responsible for alarms we weren't told about.

Question 4

How do I cancel a cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Cancel from the link in your confirmation email or from your account dashboard. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee to compensate your cleaner's reserved time.

Question 5

What if I want to schedule an extra clean?

Accepted Answer

Need a one-off top-up between regular visits? Book an extra clean anytime from your account or the home page — just choose a date and slot, and we'll match you with an available cleaner.

Question 6

How do I add extra rooms to my clean?

Accepted Answer

Add rooms while booking or from your appointment details up to 24 hours before the visit. Each extra room updates your instant quote, which is based on your home's square footage, so you'll always see the adjusted price before you confirm.

Question 7

What if I want to tip my cleaners?

Accepted Answer

Tips are never required but always appreciated. You can add a tip when you confirm your booking, or tip in cash on the day. 100% of cash tips go straight to your cleaner; online tips are passed through in full.

Question 8

What if I want to know if my team is on the way?

Accepted Answer

You'll get an automatic update when your cleaner is en route, including their name and photo so you know who to expect. Make sure your contact details are current in your account to receive these notifications.

Question 9

How do I refer a friend or family member?

Accepted Answer

Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard. When someone books their first clean using your link, they get a discount and you earn account credit toward your next appointment.

Question 10

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Our happiness guarantee means we'll re-clean the affected areas free of charge, or work with you on a fair adjustment. Your satisfaction is the whole point.

Question 11

Are your cleaners insured and background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every cleaner is background-checked, trained, and insured before they ever step into your home. We also use eco-friendly products that are safe for your family and pets.

Question 12

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our clients share a secure entry method or a key code. As long as we can get in safely and your alarm and pets are handled, you're free to come and go as you please.
